Job Description

• Role focused on network support, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring uptime
• Work with internal IT teams to support day-to-day network operations
• Candidates should have client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills are a must

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist in network setup, installation, and upgrades
• Ensure network security and system availability
• Work on incident management and issue resolution
• Maintain and update network documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for network-related issues

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on experience with routers and switches
• Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Candidates should have client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills are a must

Preferred Skills

• Certification like CCNA
• Experience with Cisco / Juniper devices
• Exposure to VPN, VLAN, routing & switching
