Job Overview

Big Dreams Learning Center is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and nurturing Infant & Toddler Educator to join our early childhood team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 0–36 months, in accordance with licensing requirements and best practices in early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities following early learning frameworks
• Support infants’ and toddlers’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Observe document, and share children’s development with families
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Follow licensing regulations, health, and safety policies

Required Qualifications:

• Infant & Toddler Early Childhood Education Certificate
• Valid ECE License/Registration
• Valid First Aid with CPR
• Criminal Record Check
• Experience working with infants and toddlers (preferred)
• immunization up to date

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
