• Execute and monitor compensation & benefits aligned with organizational goals and group reward philosophy.
• Manage multi-geography compensation topics with focus ensuring consistency, compliance, and governance across countries.
• Partner with Regional HR, Finance, and business managers across regions to drive harmonized and competitive reward practices.
• Design, review, and implement salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs aligned with business and group objectives
• Participate in external compensation surveys and market benchmarking; work with consultants and vendors on reward projects.
• Evaluate and enhance benefit programs to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and employee satisfaction across locations.
• Lead annual HR budgeting and personnel cost planning aligned with headcount plans, merit increases, bonus, and benefit costs.
• Prepare Salary proposals for leadership levels in alignment with corporate
• Partner with Finance to prepare, track, forecast, and review personnel cost budgets and ensure proper accruals and cost governance.
• Provide analytics and reports on compensation, headcount, and budget utilization to support leadership decision making.
• Monitor market trends, tax changes, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliant and competitive reward programs.
• Support global / regional HR projects contributing to C&B strategy.
• MBA/PGDM HR
• Certification in Total rewards( preferred) 9-12 Years of experience
