📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage agricultural projects in assigned clusters
• Identify plant nutrition requirements, pests, and diseases and implement solutions
• Collect and analyze field data and prepare reports
• Develop and support sustainable farming practices
• Collaborate with agronomists for crop planning
• Scout and onboard farmers and maintain strong relationships
• Provide accurate harvest forecasts with procurement & production teams
• Supervise collection center activities (grading, sorting, operations)
• Organize farmer meetings and training programs
• Provide recommended agricultural inputs to farmers
• Maintain records in the internal FVE system
• Monitor soil conditions, cropping patterns, and seasonal trends
• Manage input inventories in clusters
• Coordinate logistics from farm to warehouse

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
• Knowledge of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition
• Experience in Agriculture & Irrigation Systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience working with farmers is an advantage

🗣 Languages:

English + Local Language (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu)

🏍 Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
