📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agricultural projects in assigned clusters
- Identify plant nutrition requirements, pests, and diseases and implement solutions
- Collect and analyze field data and prepare reports
- Develop and support sustainable farming practices
- Collaborate with agronomists for crop planning
- Scout and onboard farmers and maintain strong relationships
- Provide accurate harvest forecasts with procurement & production teams
- Supervise collection center activities (grading, sorting, operations)
- Organize farmer meetings and training programs
- Provide recommended agricultural inputs to farmers
- Maintain records in the internal FVE system
- Monitor soil conditions, cropping patterns, and seasonal trends
- Manage input inventories in clusters
- Coordinate logistics from farm to warehouse
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Knowledge of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition
- Experience in Agriculture & Irrigation Systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience working with farmers is an advantage
🗣 Languages:
English + Local Language (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu)
🏍 Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
