Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad. This role involves engaging with walk-in and prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable automotive products, and guiding them through the sales process. The specialist will implement marketing activities, support local promotional campaigns, and assist in generating and tracking leads from various channels. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on inquiries, coordinating with the service and finance teams, and providing clear, professional communication at every stage. The role also includes contributing to customer training and product demonstrations, participating in sales meetings, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Proven Sales abilities, including consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, such as mentoring team members, sharing best practices, or supporting product and process training.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, including local promotions, branding, and lead generation, preferably in the automotive or related sector.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Aurangabad, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar retail sales environment is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
