Job Description

As a Reinsurance Accounting & Finance Executive at Bharat Re-insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for handling reinsurance accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. Your role will involve managing premiums, reconciliations, financial closings, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and reconcile reinsurance premiums (domestic & international).
  • Maintain books of accounts and handle monthly/quarterly/yearly closings.
  • Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and fund transfers.
  • Monitor foreign exchange transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and reinsurers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate Financial Reporting.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in reinsurance or insurance brokerage is an added advantage.
