What this is
Not a warehouse operations role.
Not a back-office process role.

A city-building operations role.
You will own the execution engine that powers Bharat Intelligence across Nashik.
Every day, you'll coordinate labour supply, farmer demand, supervisors, transportation, quality checks, and field operations to ensure work gets completed reliably.

What you will ownCity Execution
Own daily fulfilment across Nashik clusters.
Ensure labour reaches farms on time.
Ensure work starts on time.
Ensure work gets completed to the standard.
When something breaks, you fix it before the farmer feels it.
Supply-Demand Coordination
Act as the bridge between the supply and demand teams.
Translate farmer bookings into executable deployment plans.
Balance labour availability, skill requirements, and operational capacity.
Build systems that prevent last-minute firefighting.
Team Leadership
Lead cluster managers, supervisors, and field teams.
Build an organisation that runs on discipline, accountability, and ownership.
Create leaders who can independently manage execution in their clusters.
Operational Excellence
Build SOPs, escalation systems, review mechanisms, and field controls.
Improve productivity.
Reduce rework.
Increase fulfilment reliability.
Turn daily execution into a repeatable operating system.
