Job Description

You are a dynamic and result-driven ERP Sales Manager responsible for leading sales efforts for ERP and CRM solutions. Your role involves driving new business, fostering strong client relationships, and positioning solutions as strategic tools for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries for ERP & CRM solutions
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Propose customized ERP/CRM solutions based on client requirements
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 48 years of experience in ERP/CRM/software sales
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple clients, and familiarity with industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, or Services is a plus

Pay: 60,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
