Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Consultant to sell a coaching-based product through 1-on-1 Zoom calls.

This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role where your primary responsibility is to understand the prospect, guide them, and close deals through consulting—not pushy sales.

You will be handling qualified leads, conducting calls, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom calls with interested prospects
  • Understand client needs and position the coaching offer accordingly
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward decision-making
  • Close deals and achieve daily / weekly revenue targets
  • Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and handover
  • Maintain clear communication and professional client experience

Who This Role Is For

  • Candidates with experience in sales, closing, or consulting calls
  • Strong communication skills (spoken + listening)
  • Ability to build trust and guide conversations naturally
  • Comfortable selling over video calls (Zoom)
  • Understanding of high-ticket or coaching-based sales is a plus
