Job Description
BeTopSEO is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage lead generation campaigns for client projects.
This is a full-time remote (work from home) role for someone who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Call Ads)
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing, WhatsApp campaigns)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build proper campaign structures with optimized ad groups
- Create high-converting ad campaigns focused on lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, CTR, CPL, and conversions
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel
- Troubleshoot conversion tracking and event tracking issues
- Optimize campaigns regularly for better lead quality and ROI
- Work on basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and on-page optimization support
- Manage multiple client advertising campaigns independently
