Job Description
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Bethesda Country Day School is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
- Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
- 90 hour Maryland credential in Preschool, CDA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
- Authorization to work in the United States
