Responsibilities

• Performs in-process, final, outgoing shipment and receiving inspections.
• Reports all findings and deviations on appropriate forms.
• Reports discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provides assistance to and fills in for the Quality Supervisor, when required.
• Builds customer orders by scanning military products using Odyssey System.
• Every person employed at BWI shall engage, support and contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system through training to approved procedures and accurately producing the required records.
• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements
• Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Perform quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and procedures
• Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges as needed
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality inspections
• Other duties, as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
