Belle Biz Marketing is a leading provider of booking software, CRM solutions, and full-service digital marketing services for nail salons across North America. We help salon owners manage appointments, staff, customers, marketing, and business growth through an integrated SaaS platform.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused_ Sales Support & Client Success Specialist _to help identify potential clients, follow up with leads, schedule demos, explain service packages, support onboarding, and assist clients with basic software and marketing service questions.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a base salary plus commission and KPI bonus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales support, customer service, technology, and working with small business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential nail salon clients across North America.
- Contact leads through phone calls, emails, SMS, social media, and other communication channels.
- Consult with salon owners about Belle Biz SaaS booking software and digital marketing services.
- Explain service packages, pricing, software features, marketing solutions, and onboarding steps.
- Schedule demos, send reminders, follow up with prospects, and support the sales process.
- Provide basic product demos and answer common customer questions.
- Manage sales CRM such as Zoho CRM, including pipeline, leads, deals, sequences, forms, lead scoring, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
- Use Zapier and CRM automation tools to improve sales workflow, reminders, forms, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate, nurture, and follow up with leads.
- Collect client onboarding information such as business name, address, service menu, staff list, logo, website, social media, and Google Business Profile access.
- Support account setup, account creation, basic configuration, and user guidance.
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Maintain accurate client records, communication notes, follow-up history, and sales reports.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and professional communication.
Qualifications / Requirements
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in sales support, customer service, client success, SaaS software, or digital marketing services.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone/email manner.
- Ability to explain software features and service packages clearly to business owners.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and technology.
- Strong organization, follow-up, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to research information independently and learn CRM/automation tools.
- Comfortable using Zoho CRM, Zapier, or willing to learn.
- Comfortable using office and teamwork platforms such as Telegram, Slack, Teams, Notion, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- KPI-oriented mindset and ability to meet weekly/monthly sales support goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in sales, customer support, client success, or account management.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zapier, lead pipeline, sales sequences, or workflow automation.
- Experience working with small business owners.
- Experience in nail salon, spa, beauty, or local service industries.
- Basic understanding of SaaS software, online booking systems, websites, SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
