Hospitality Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hospitality Manager role based in Udaipur. The Hospitality Manager will oversee guest experience and services throughout the wedding lifecycle, including arrivals, check-ins, welcome activities, and departures. Responsibilities include coordinating accommodation and transportation logistics, managing food and beverage service in collaboration with catering teams, and ensuring hospitality touchpoints align with the event concept and client expectations. The role involves supervising on-ground hospitality staff, assigning duties, and providing training and guidance to maintain consistent service standards. The Hospitality Manager will also handle guest inquiries and concerns, collaborate closely with planners, decorators, and vendors, and prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience in Hospitality and Food & Beverage operations, preferably within weddings, events, or upscale hotels.
• Ability to Train and guide hospitality staff, including onboarding, on-the-job coaching, and performance feedback.
• Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills for managing multiple events and priorities.
• Prior experience in event or wedding hospitality management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working long or flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Proficiency with basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, event checklists or management software).
