Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Associate & Team Leader located in Nagpur. The role involves overseeing insurance operations, managing a team to ensure productivity and collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Insurance Associate & Team Leader will also drive sales initiatives, build client relationships, and provide financial guidance to meet organisational goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving, ensuring team performance, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance
• Proven ability in Team Management and leadership
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales, including building client relations and achieving sales targets
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Prior relevant experience in the insurance sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
