Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company's services
- Assist with organizing meetings and appointments
Requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
