Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor, based in our Hyderabad studio. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading high-energy group exercise classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable fitness environment for participants. The role involves creating engaging and effective workout routines, providing personalized instruction and modifications to suit various fitness levels, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive community atmosphere. Additionally, collaborating with team members and providing excellent customer service to clients will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leading Group Exercise sessions and Fitness Instruction
- Experience in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals
- Relevant fitness certification(s) or equivalent professional training
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- CPR and AED certification (preferred but not mandatory)
