We are looking for a Fitness Coach who can confidently create both workout plans and diet plans while providing ongoing support, accountability, and motivation to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and goal-setting sessions
- Create personalized workout plans based on client goals, fitness levels, and limitations
- Create customized diet plans based on client goals, preferences, and lifestyle
- Coach clients for weight loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, and overall fitness improvement
- Track client progress and make necessary modifications to workout and diet plans
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, video consultations, and chat support
- Ensure client accountability, adherence, and engagement throughout their fitness journey
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fitness coaching
- Experience creating both workout plans and diet plans for clients
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable conducting online consultations and coaching sessions
