Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various aspects of building and renovation projects. As a , you will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, safety, and efficiency. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of construction techniques will help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Duties
- Erect frameworks with accuracy and adherence to schematics and blueprints
- Manage masonry work such as stucco, siding, plastering, and trim carpentry to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to facilitate construction activities
- Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project specifications and execute tasks accordingly
- Install drywall, and perform remodeling or restoration work as needed
- Collaborate with team members on framing, carpentry, metal stud framing, and other structural components while ensuring safety protocols are followed
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools confidently and safely
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, plastering or stucco work is highly desirable
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Familiarity with various hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers along with woodworking skills including framing and trim carpentry
- Valid experience working on construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards
