About the Role

The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the complete experience throughout the mortgage origination lifecycle—from point of sale through to capital markets delivery. This role involves working on core product areas within a vertically-integrated platform that includes:

• APIs
• Decisioning
• Capital
• Compliance
• Command Center (dashboard)
• Elements (UI building blocks for borrower-facing experiences)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will harness applied AI to drive key product experiences, covering document extraction, optimizers, and MCP servers. Your contributions will significantly accelerate our mission to provide programmatic infrastructure that enhances speed and scalability throughout the mortgage lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Be a visionary builder with a clear perspective on creating scalable, modular origination infrastructure from point of sale to loan delivery.
• Challenge convention—just because the market does things a certain way doesn't mean it's optimal.
• Oversee onboarding and management of third-party integrations.
• Leverage AI and LLMs as essential components of your product solutions.
• Create a strong feedback loop with engineering and act as a strategic thought partner.
• Specify, build, and launch support for new loan products.
• Collaborate closely with GTM and Account Management teams to support deals and ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally as a product manager or engineer.
• Extensive experience building enterprise software in regulated industries from the ground up.
• A willingness and ability to gain deep expertise across the entire mortgage value chain.
• Experience conducting user research using various methods.
• Proficient in running SQL queries to analyze user data and identify trends.
• Experienced with Figma or similar tools to create wireframes and workflow diagrams.
• A strong design sense and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Proficient in managing strategic partnerships effectively.
• Experience with mortgage products and/or fintech infrastructure is strongly preferred.
