Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Program Manager – CyberSecurity & Research. In this position, you will oversee critical cybersecurity research and innovation programs, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Cyber Security Innovation program pipeline and innovation radar to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate research support activities and facilitate the socialization of program outputs across internal teams and external partners.
• Support delivery of monthly knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to revamp and improve program management plans and processes.
• Engage with department leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to foster cooperation and resolve issues efficiently.
• Develop and deliver impactful communications, including reports and presentations, tailored to executive and technical audiences.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of research outputs, program documentation, and deliverables.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups to identify skills gaps and coordinate training and talent diversification initiatives.
• Drive process enhancements by identifying automation opportunities, participating in AI/automation projects, and streamlining workflows.
• Track, report, and analyze program performance, survey findings, and research impact to inform decision-making.

Desired Skill-Set

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, information security, or research environments.
• 2+ years supporting or managing research or innovation programs in large enterprise or academic settings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• 5+ years experience with program tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation principles.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and related tools.
• 2+ years of Change Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity experience, with broad knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Nice to Have

• Banking experience or familiarity with financial services organizations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CISSP.
• Basic programming or automation skills (Python, SQL) or experience with prompt engineering.
