Restaurant cum Banquet Manager for a Luxury resort in South Goa

Residents of Goa or of Goan origin.

We are inviting applications for the position of Restaurant cum Banquet Manager at our esteemed South Goa Resort. Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Goa or of Goan origin.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality professional with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Services, and a graduate from a reputed Institute of Hotel Management (IHM).

This role demands an individual with exceptional leadership and operational expertise, capable of seamlessly overseeing both fine dining restaurant operations and high-end banquet functions. The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong guest engagement skills, and the ability to deliver refined service standards while driving team performance and revenue.

A passion for excellence, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to curate memorable dining and event experiences are essential.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
