Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, Delhi for a Senior Education Counsellor role. The Senior Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing expert education consultation to prospective students, guiding them through suitable program options, and assisting in career development decision-making. The role involves student counseling, career counseling, and fostering relationships with students to support their educational and professional goals. Additional tasks include marketing educational programs, ensuring an enriching counseling experience, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless student enrollment processes.
Qualifications
- Confident in handling calls, follow-ups and student counselling
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals toward suitable opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Candidates from healthcare, nutrition, wellness, academic counselling, medical representantive, healthcare BPO, online education sales industries will be preferred.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or paramedical education field is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 1-3 years of experience in educational counseling, Healthcare, wellness, medical
