About- BD Industries BDI Group (of companies) is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified organization manufacturing plastic products in Mumbai since over 35 years. We manufacture over 500 products and cater to 8 different industries including custom rotational moulding. We are vendors to leading automotive companies for fuels tanks, in-cab parts, fenders, roof tops, ad blue tanks etc. BDI also manufactures various kinds of road barriers and other allied products for the safety industry. For material handling products we manufacture the entire range of plastic pallets (with foam/ without foam/with steel reinforcement). Dustbins, Twin bins, Garbage Chutes, Hospital furniture are some of the other products BDI does. Our speciality lies in custom moulding and developing newer concepts and products right from the “sketch off a napkin”. With 5 plants in western, northern and southern India, BDI is well poised to serve customers PAN India.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Accounting

2. Data Entry of vendor invoices, Customer invoices and inventory management.

3. Ensuring all expenses are correctly accounted and provided in the books of accounts and all necessary taxes are deducted on the same if applicable.

4. Ensure periodic review of Accounts Receivable and identify and flag problem accounts to the Accounts Management team and escalate as appropriate.

5. Manage the month end books of accounts closing process as per the month end

6. Ensure periodic general ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of all Balance sheet Accounts (including all Bank reconciliations) on a monthly basis.

7. Ensure all books of Accounts are maintained accurately and timely as per the Accepted Accounting Procedures.
