Job Summary
BCreamy India is seeking a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Store Manager Cum Cashier to manage daily outlet operations, oversee staff, handle billing and cash transactions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and store management.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage overall outlet operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and availability of products.
- Open and close the outlet as per company guidelines.
Cashiering & Billing
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment modes.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
Team Management
- Supervise and support store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Train team members on customer service and operational procedures.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide excellent service.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets.
- Suggest and implement promotional activities to increase footfall.
- Monitor sales performance and report to management regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, café, QSR, bakery, ice cream parlour, or food service industry.
- Experience in cashiering and POS operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
