Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Hotel General Manager based in Lloydminster, SK. The Hotel General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the hotel, manage staff, maintain high standards of guest service, and ensure financial targets are met. Responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with business and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication with both team members and guests, and the ability to implement strategies for both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership and operational oversight
• Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering positive guest experiences
• Understanding of Revenue Management, managing costs effectively.
• Ability to build and foster a positive experience in the workplace
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is an asset
