This opportunity offers sophisticated transactional work involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private investments, complex restructurings, and joint ventures across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading M&A transactions, drafting primary transaction documents, and managing complex deals from inception through closing.

• Structure and negotiate private equity and private investment transactions.
• Handle joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and related business transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across domestic and international offices.
• Provide strategic legal advice regarding transactional risks and business objectives.
• 5–7 years of law firm experience focused on mergers and acquisitions and related transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience with transaction documents.
• Experience handling private equity transactions, restructurings, or joint ventures preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary legal teams.
