About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Query Management and Conversion
a. Manage and respond to inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meetup
b. Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
c. Act as the primary point of contact for participants before and after trips
2. Logistics and Vendor Coordination
a. Handle transport bookings via IRCTC, private bus vendors, and agents
b. Monitor booking volumes and coordinate with vendors to ensure capacity alignment
c. Provide real-time support to trip leads during live events to manage contingencies
3. Content and Digital Presence
a. Manage daily posting on Instagram (posts and stories) and WhatsApp Status
b. Create basic promotional creatives and write engaging captions
c. Ensure events are updated and shared across all community platforms
4. Additional Responsibilities
a. Support planning and execution of city-based sports activities
b. Act as a Trip Lead or Facilitator on weekends, ensuring smooth execution and safety
c. Handle in-house administrative tasks to support office operations
