Key Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown Radio remote equipment for live on location remote broadcasts.
• Greeting and interacting with both clients and listeners in an energetic, professional and courteous manner.
• Evaluates and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and informing Engineering Department.
• Maintains remote equipment and remote storage room.
• Capturing images and posting on social media

Critical Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills required.
• Need initiative and organizational skills, plus the ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly independent position.
• NSCC Broadcast College degree is an asset.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be personable and approachable.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
