This role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Ricoh equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for the satisfactory completion of all required training programs and to:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client sites, ensuring minimal downtime
- Provide initial operating and maintenance training for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and training as needed.
- Contribute to the positive image of Baysar with both customers and staff.
- Ensure proper functioning of the printer equipment through proper testing, troubleshooting and be able to refurbish Ricoh printers.
- Perform emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance on Ricoh printers in accordance with the highest standards of technical service.
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues effectively.
- Be well versed in networking printers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Post secondary education, preferably in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Certification (Net+, A+, Comp TIA or equivalent certification).
- Working knowledge in Windows, Office, and software for document management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product and technical knowledge of digital multifunction devices.
- Maintain and develop positive professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve customer support.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
- Must follow Baysar's Dress Code policy.
- Ability to obtain a background clearance is required.
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
