Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agriculture Product Sales Officer based in Bhopal. The role involves managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and implementing channel sales strategies to achieve business targets. The Sales Officer will also work closely with distributors and retailers, provide product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Experience in Sales Operations and managing day-to-day sales activities, including tracking and reporting on performance.
• Knowledge of Channel Sales and distribution networks to effectively collaborate with partners and achieve sales objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting and data tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the agricultural or crop science sector is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
