As a Regional Security Manager for Bayer in India, you will play a crucial role in deploying Corporate Global Security capabilities to support stakeholders within the South Asia Cluster. Your responsibilities will include overseeing security operations, leading the security community, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising on security matters. You will also coordinate security risk management processes, assess security threats, and support crisis management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee security operations in the South Asia Cluster, including the Security Operations Center. - Lead and guide the South Asia Cluster community of employees with security responsibilities. - Ensure security activities are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements. - Serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert for security matters. - Coordinate physical security risk management process and advise on risk mitigation strategies. - Conduct Security Vulnerability Assessments and assist with Site Security Risk Assessments. - Develop and implement security risk mitigation measures at sites. - Support supplier selection and management for security service providers. - Assist with Crisis Management activities and deployment of threat intelligence capabilities. - Define Travel Security Advisory and support emergency well-being checks for travelers. - Manage security risks during Bayer events and coordinate employee training on security responsibilities. - Promote adherence to security incident reporting policy and increase reporting rate of incidents. - Coordinate external security-related stakeholder engagement activities. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in corporate security, private security, law enforcement, military, or national security. - Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience. - Knowledge of security risk management, security operations, and incident management.
