Position: G Class Equipment Delivery Driver
Location: Gormley, ON
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 hourly depending on experience

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. As a G Class Driver, you’ll be the direct link between our branch team and our customers on-site. Your professionalism, reliability, and commitment to safe driving helps maintain and strengthen our long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver equipment safely and efficiently to customer job sites.
- Load, unload, tie down, and secure all equipment and products in accordance with safety standards and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally on job sites.
- Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch regarding schedules, delivery updates, and route changes.
- Update driver log books and required documentation accurately and consistently.
- Inspect loads and equipment during deliveries and report any damages or issues to the manager promptly.
- Prepare for next-day deliveries by fueling trucks, washing vehicles when required, and pre-loading equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to support daily operations and customer needs
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices, making sure everyone stays safe.

What We're Looking For
- Delivery Driving Experience: Experience delivering construction or landscaping equipment to job sites.
- Customer Service Oriented: Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
- G Class Driver’s License: Full G Class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Safety Focused: Familiarity with safe driving practices and construction site. requirements.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a keen sense of time-management and effective organizational skills.
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction equipment and building products.
- Endurance: Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly up to 50lbs.
- Experience tying down and securing various types of loads safely and effectively.
- Previous roll-off truck experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with both TRAC operation and Systematics would be considered an asset.
- A technical understanding of CAT equipment would be considered an asset.
