Battista Academy is hiring in-office Sales Appointment Setters to join a high-output, performance-driven team.
This is not a passive role.
This is a structured, high-accountability sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
You are the front end of the sales process.
Your responsibility is simple (but not easy):
- Make outbound calls
- Lead and control conversations
- Identify qualified business owners
- Book high-quality strategy calls
You’ll be speaking with business owners doing $1M–$20M+ in revenue.
This is real business conversation—not casual outreach.
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- 200+ outbound calls daily
- Consistent follow-up until resolution
- Accurate and complete CRM tracking
- Professional, controlled communication
This is a metrics-driven environment.
Performance is measured and reviewed daily.

Training & Environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound dialing
- Speaking with and qualifying business owners
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Relentless follow-up
- Logging all activity in CRM
- Participating in training and performance reviews
Experience (Preferred)
Background in one or more of the following:
- Appointment setting
- Cold calling / outbound sales
- High-volume phone environments
- Customer-facing roles requiring strong communication
Experience with quotas, KPIs, or performance tracking is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary + performance bonuses
- On-target earnings: $70K–$90K
- Clear path to a High Ticket Closer role
Advancement is based on performance—not tenure.
