Residential Lead FRAMING CARPENTER

MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE US. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. Must be able to read and interpret architectural plans with minimal supervision and frame wood construction homes and renovations

2. Must be able to install windows and doors

3. Must have own tools and transportation

4. Must have a MINIMUM of 5 years framing experience and be able to lead a crew

Starting pay is $30-$35 per hour depending on experience

Debe ser capaz de leer e interpretar planos arquitectónicos con mínima supervisión y construir estructuras de madera para casas y realizar renovaciones. 2. Debe ser capaz de instalar ventanas y puertas. 3. Debe contar con sus propias herramientas y transporte. 4. Debe tener un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en construcción de estructuras de madera y ser capaz de dirigir un equipo. El salario inicial es de $30 a $35 por hora, dependiendo de la experiencia
