As a General Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task you undertake. This position offers an engaging environment where your effort directly impacts project completion and team achievement. Jobs will include in person or on site reporting. Dailey duties can rage from washing trucks and yard work, to painting and facility maintence. Will need reliable tranportation to Glen Burnie daily.

Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assistance during projects
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Operate basic machinery or tools as trained and authorized, ensuring proper handling at all times
• Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the work area tidy and compliant with safety standards

Experience

• Prior experience in general labor or construction environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety procedures and quality standards
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting
