About the job:
The person is responsible for executing Baltendu's social media growth by creating, editing, and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting parents and students of IGCSE and AS/A Level to build brand authority, generate leads, and drive course sales through consistent, value-driven content.
Social Media Management across platforms
1. Convert Ideas into posts for platforms into Carousel, Reels, YouTube Videos, Linkedin posts
2. Design and edit the content and establish brand style of Fonts, color, tone using tools like Premier Pro, Canva etc.
3. Write Scripts for the ideas and seek review incorporating clear hook, CTA and Review feedback.
4. Maintain and Publish content as per schedule across platforms consistently.
5. Work with the editing team on deliverable and content
Build Brand Visibility & Drive Sales through Content
1. Optimize for hashtags, captions, Title and thumbnails.
2. Execute CTA based content for Lead generation.
3. Respond to Audience Comments and DMs
4. Identify common questions and concerns.
5. Share observations and insight for content improvement.
Develop Skills and knowledge to understand content analysis, and generation to grow into Marketing Strategist.
1. Track weekly performance of the videos: Content performance analysis
2. Develop skills to independently identify content suited and needed by the target audience.
