Position: Legal Advocate – Revenue & Real Estate

Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Advocate with experience in revenue and real estate matters to handle legal documentation, land-related work, property verification, compliance, and coordination with government departments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of land laws, revenue procedures, registrations, and legal drafting related to real estate and construction projects.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Gujarat revenue work and local government procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle revenue and legal matters related to real estate projects and land transactions
- Draft and review agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, MOUs, notices, affidavits, and legal documents
- Verify property documents, title clearance, NA permissions, and land records
- Manage Gujarat revenue-related work including mutation entries, 7/12 extracts, property cards, and government approvals
- Coordinate with revenue offices, Mamlatdar offices, sub-registrar offices, advocates, survey departments, and government authorities
- Handle registration, stamp duty, compliance, and documentation processes
- Support management with legal advice related to property acquisition, land disputes, and construction matters
- Handle legal notices, dispute matters, and coordination for court-related work when required
- Maintain proper legal files, records, and documentation for company projects
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Gujarat revenue laws, real estate laws, and land regulations
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills
- Understanding of land acquisition, NA conversion, registration, and title verification processes
- Familiarity with Gujarat revenue office procedures and government documentation
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal and revenue matters independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
Qualification
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- Advocate registration preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Gujarat revenue matters and real estate industry preferred
- Strong professional approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with government departments efficiently
