Role Description

This is a part -time, 12 to 5 on-site role located in Yamuna Vihar for a Special Education Specialist. The selected candidate will work closely with children with special needs to conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plans, and use evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis. Additional responsibilities include fostering communication skills, collaborating with families, educators, and therapists, as well as documenting progress and ensuring alignment with educational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Special Education and understanding of Education principles
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and other intervention strategies
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, in an educational or therapeutic capacity
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to individual needs
• Relevant certification or a degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
