Job Title: Hotel Manager
Job Summary
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth functioning of all departments, and achieving business targets related to revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure high standards of guest service and handle customer complaints effectively
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction ratings and online reviews
- Supervise, train, and manage hotel staff across departments
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper staffing levels
- Control operational costs and maximize revenue and profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase business

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
- On-site role
