Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM-9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!
Target Caseload: 15-22 sessions/week!
Compensation
- $65 per billable hour - LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)
- $45 per billable hour - LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

What You'll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience serving children, teens, and families

- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
