YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you are an integral member of the North America PATRÓN Brand Team, responsible for leading the development and execution of tactical brand initiatives while supporting larger-scale experiential programs led by the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager. You will drive the planning and delivery of brand assets, point-of-sale materials, partnerships, and consumer-facing touchpoints, ensuring excellence and consistency across the brand ecosystem. Through strong project management and consumer-centric thinking, you will help identify growth opportunities, strengthen brand equity, and deliver impactful brand experiences that drive business results. You will be based in Miami, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Develop Winning Strategies – Create iconic brand and growth strategies
Support the execution of key brand programs across experiential, sponsorship, social, e-commerce, advocacy, and trade marketing channels.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Customer Marketing, Commercial, CP&A, distributor partners, and agency teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards and objectives.
Support annual brand planning initiatives and assist in the execution of key strategic priorities.
Understand People & Culture – Show empathy and curiosity
Develop an understanding of multicultural consumers, cultural dynamics, and emerging trends.
Apply consumer and cultural insights to support programs that authentically connect with diverse audiences.
Identify opportunities to engage the brand in relevant cultural moments, communities, and passion points.
Stay informed on consumer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to contribute recommendations for brand growth.
Drive Operational Excellence – Lead bold execution in a fast-moving world
Maintain project management tools, timelines, and calendars to keep cross-functional teams aligned and initiatives on track.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs.
Manage day-to-day project logistics, approvals, and workflow processes to support seamless program delivery.
Champion organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving across all assigned projects.
Accelerate Business Performance – Act like the brand owner
Track purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliations to ensure accurate financial management of marketing investments.
Support budget tracking and reporting across brand programs and initiatives.
Assist in evaluating program performance and capturing key learnings to inform future initiatives.
Contribute to a culture of accountability by ensuring resources are managed efficiently and responsibly.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience in brand management or agency experience
Experience in leading multiple marketing projects working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Ability to analyze information (e.g. Nielsen data) for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, coordinating efforts, recommendations and solving problems to grow the brand.
Passionate, innovative and creative marketer who puts the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will have opportunities to display excellent written and verbal communication skills while also being relaxed giving presentations in front of small groups of people including executives, Bacardi Primos, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
