This position schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Receive and review recruitment requisitions from Hiring Managers and/or HR.
  • Post job advertisements in Next Move, External Careers, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews and assessments, and share candidate profiles with Hiring Managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Inform unsuccessful candidates in a professional manner.
  • Support the reference check process and assist in preparing offer documentation.
  • Confirm signed offers and send welcome communications to new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Provide support to Hiring Managers and HR in following established recruitment processes.
  • Assist in documenting processes and suggest opportunities for efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders, escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team in knowledge sharing, trainings, and projects.
  • Promote Bacardi culture and values through daily interactions.

SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Technical degree or currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Labour Relations, or related fields.
  • Good English and (Portuguese or French) communication skills (B2–C1 level) and any additional language is a plus.
  • Around 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR roles, or internships in related areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and good customer service orientation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn process improvement.
  • Good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Interest in learning about process documentation and HR best practices.
