About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Run crop trials for indoor and controlled environments

2. Work on nutrients, growth protocols, and SOPs

3. Set up and manage demo farming modules

4. Observe, document, and improve crop performance

5. Prepare training material

6. Train the trainees on different techniques

• Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 9,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 5,000 /month

• Job offer:

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 450000/year
