Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor located in Rohtak. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring the optimal utilization and maintenance of vehicles. Responsibilities include supervising fleet staff, monitoring vehicle conditions, addressing maintenance needs promptly, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. Coordination with drivers and other team members will be essential to maintain efficiency and support smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage fleet personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to operational standards.
• Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent Communication Skills for clear interaction with team members, drivers, and other stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Maintenance to ensure vehicles are in good working condition and to coordinate repairs.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohtak with a commitment to fulfilling operational timelines.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic day-to-day challenges effectively.
