Inside Sales Representative (Calling Role)

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services
• Generate and qualify leads
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Freshers & experienced both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
