Working closely with Sales, Product, Regional Support and Engineering, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey—from pre-sales workshops through implementation and go-live. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate across international teams, and directly influence customer success in one of Axon's fastest-growing regions.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations of Axon's hardware and on-premise / SaaS solutions across DACH.
- Support pre-sales activities including technical workshops, trials and solution design.
- Plan and coordinate deployments with customers, partners and internal teams.
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot cloud, on-premises and hardware solutions.
- Deliver customer training, technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during deployment and hypercare.

- Capture customer feedback to improve products and implementation processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Regional Support, and regional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Field Services or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Fluent German and professional English.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including networking, Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID), APIs and cloud solutions.
