We’re Hiring: Junior Restoration Project Manager
Axicon Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants hands-on experience in insurance restoration and residential construction while working alongside senior PMs and site teams.
About the Role
As a Junior Restoration PM, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in day-to-day site operations, communication with trades and adjusters, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and general repairs)
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
- Support scoping, estimating, and documentation (work orders, change orders, photos, reports)
- Communicate with homeowners, insurers, and internal teams
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain organized project files and job documentation
- Conduct site visits and help ensure quality control and safety compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination (or relevant education)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working on active job sites
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with basic construction documents and software (Xactimate experience is an asset, not required)
- Valid driver’s license
