As a part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing India ER/LR strategy aligned with Global and ASPAC frameworks. Your role will involve ensuring compliant handling of employee relations, performance management, and grievance matters while providing coaching to leaders. You will also lead labor relations strategy, including CBA negotiations and advisory support for M&A, restructuring, and workforce events. It will be your responsibility to ensure policy compliance, governance, and consistent employee experience across plants in India. Additionally, you will play a key role in building team capability, external networks, and driving continuous improvement in ER/LR processes.
Qualification Required:
- You should have a minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in people management.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing organizational needs and building leadership capability is essential for this role.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage complex multi-functional stakeholders, and influence effectively across matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, simplifying complex inputs, and building trust through transparent, empathetic communication.
