Job Title: Production Head – Electrical

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and manage production operations. The Production Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all electrical manufacturing activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete production operations related to electrical products/equipment
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with standards
• Manage and lead production team, supervisors, and technicians
• Optimize production processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality departments
• Ensure proper maintenance of electrical machines and equipment
• Implement safety standards and ensure a safe working environment
• Analyze production reports and suggest improvements
• Handle troubleshooting of electrical issues during production

• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, safety norms, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Additional certification in production/operations management is a plus

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in electrical production/manufacturing
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
